Meet Kiera and Liz. Two women who’ve never met a dance floor they didn’t like.
We’re sisters from different misters with a shared love of bringing people together - whether that’s through a silent disco, a retro game, or helping an entire room exhale for the first time all week.
Between us we’ve spent years creating beautifully hosted experiences and we’ve learnt something important: people don’t need another awkward ice-breaker. They need permission to relax, reconnect, laugh a bit louder and remember how to play.
Sometimes that looks like karaoke and glow sticks. Sometimes it looks like candlelight, deep breaths and everyone leaving noticeably less tense.
Either way, we obsess about all the little details, the atmosphere, and making people feel relaxed, connected and part of something lovely. And while we can’t promise you’ll leave with better karaoke skills… we can promise that you will feel looked after and give you something to remember!
People tend to feel better after a little more play, a little more breathing space… and occasionally a suspicious amount of fairy lights.
Our Vision
We’re on a mission to change the way teams come together.
Because team-building doesn’t have to mean awkward ice-breakers, lukewarm pastries or standing in a circle trying to think of one interesting fact about yourself.
We believe people do their best thinking when they feel comfortable enough to be themselves, connected enough to relax and energised enough to actually enjoy the moment.
There’s plenty of research linking play with creativity, connection and fresh thinking. When people feel relaxed, curious and a little less worried about getting things “right”, ideas tend to flow more easily.
The same goes for rest. A little breathing space, time to pause and room to reset can change the energy of a whole team.
Our vision is simple: to create beautifully hosted, genuinely uplifting experiences that help teams reconnect, recharge and leave feeling lighter, more energised and glad they came.
